1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and scheduling services with StayReady Clean, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our professional cleaning and turnover services for Airbnb and short-term rental properties. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking and Service Scope

Our services are scheduled based on the specific property address, check-in date, and cleaning frequency requested during the booking process. StayReady Clean relies on accurate host information to complete our detailed service checklists on time. We reserve the right to adjust service pricing if the actual condition of the property significantly differs from the description provided at the time of booking.

• Hosts must provide accurate arrival and departure windows for guests.
• Linen and extra staging requests must be specified clearly at booking.
• Hazardous materials or unsafe working conditions may result in immediate cancellation of service.

3. Access and Property Security

It is the host's responsibility to ensure our cleaning teams have uninterrupted access to the property during the scheduled turnover window. This includes providing working entry codes, physical keys, or unlocking smart locks remotely. StayReady Clean is not liable for incomplete turnovers if access is delayed or denied upon arrival.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that short-term rental schedules can change rapidly. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning start time. Late cancellations or inability to access the property at the designated time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

5. Liability and Damages

While our teams operate with the utmost care, accidents occasionally happen. Any damage believed to be caused by our staff must be reported to StayReady Clean within 24 hours of the service completion. We carry commercial liability insurance, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items broken due to improper installation or maintenance by the property owner.
